Summary. The issue of interrelation between liver pathology and pregnancy has always been the object of obstetrical and gynecological interest, and a constantly growing negative impact of various factors on the woman’s body leads to an increase in the frequency of liver pathologies, which, in its turn, complicates the course of pregnancy and deteriorates its perinatal consequences [3-5].
Endothelial dysfunction also plays an important role in reproductive system disorders, including sterility and miscarriage. Some authors even consider it to be the basis of pathogenesis of such conditions.
Under the conditions of hemostatic imbalance, endothelial and vascular regulation disorders constitute the basis for the pathogenesis of both reproductive and perinatal disorders.
