Summary.

Shown the relevance of forensic and pharmaceutical researches in Ukraine in order to improve patients’ accessibility to medicines. Indicated need of creating of the department of medical and pharmaceutical law, general and clinical pharmacy in the Kharkiv medical academy of postgraduate education. Indicated the high level of scientific achievements of department’s scientists in improvement of the system of medical drugs nomenclature of various nomenclature and legal groups.
